This PB felt sooo good after being on good pace so many times. I have choked on Wily 4 at least three times and overall maybe six runs on PB pace that I wasn’t able to close.

I’ve been improving a lot the past few weeks but I kind of lost track on where I need to focus to find more time saves to finally reach the 19:XX.

In this video I compare my lastest PB with the world record run, a sub 20 run and a 20:1X run – stage by stage. Hopefully I will be able to spot some low hanging fruit thanks to this.
